Question:
there are 2 holes on each side of the truck bed wall just behind where the tail gate closes. These holes are about 3/4inch diameter. I would like to use these as additional anchor points to tie down my kayak. What is the minimal diameter of hole that the toggles will fit through once pinched closed and ed? Also can the anchors be removed at a later time?

I spoke with my contact at CargoSmart and he said that the 3/4 inch holes on your truck bed walls are a bit too small to use with the Truck Bed Liner Anchor Points # 348821 you referenced. The wings/toggles on the anchor points require a hole that's at least just under an inch in diameter.
Another good alternative that won't require any modification to your truck bed is the Pilot Bully Clamp Tie Downs # WTD-823. These will simply clamp to the underside of your truck's bed rails to provide you with a couple of tie-down points for your kayaks. I have attached a short video demonstration that you can check out as well.
