When installing Replacement Latch Kit # 910003-45 on my Blackhawk 2 tow bar do I have to remove the inner arm? Does the kit come with installation instructions?

The Replacement Latch Kit for Roadmaster Falcon and Blackhawk All Terrain Tow Bars # 910003-45 does come with instructions, and you are not going to have to remove the inner arm of the Roadmaster BlackHawk 2 Tow Bar # RM-422 to install it.
I have attached photos of the installation instructions of the latch kit, and have also sent them to you to check out.
