There are bike racks available that are tested for use on motor homes but the Rola bike rack 59403 is not one of them. The Swagman Trailhead part # S63365 is very comparable to the Rola bike rack. The Swagman Trailhead also has fold down arms for storage and they both are designed with adjustable cradles so they accommodate different bike frame sizes.
The only feature the Swagman does not have that the Rola bike rack has is the integrated cable lock. I recommend to add a Master Lock Python cable lock part # 8419DPF to secure your bikes. I also recommend adding hitch lock part # S64029 to lock the rack to the Newmar.
