Question:

What is included in this purchase? Does it include the tent, ladder and everything else displayed in the photo? Also, I own a 2018 Subaru Crosstrek. Is this item suitable for that vehicle? Thanks!

The Annex for 2 Person Yakima SkyRise Tents # Y07421 is just the enclosure that you see pictured beneath the Yakima SkyRise tent in the attached review video. This is a fit for the (discontinued) SkyRise Y07407 (Red) or SkyRise HD # Y07436 (Tan and Red).

The SkyRise tents are compatible with your Crosstrek but you will need to use a different roof rack if the one you currently are using is the OEM roof rack according to Yakima. Roof rack systems where the crossbars end inside the legs and that don't have a support under the middle of the bars don't offer enough support for the tent. You can see this explained on the product pages for the tents.

To use the SkyRise with your Crosstrek I recommend installing the Yakima JetStream roof rack which consists of the 50" JetStream Bars # Y00425 and the TimberLine Towers # Y33TR. This is an excellent roof rack that has the 165 lb weight capacity needed to carry the SkyRise and using the Yakima roof rack gives you the option to add 4 locks to the feet with part # Y07204 or to make both your roof rack and the tent all use the same locks with the 8 lock kit # Y07208.
