Does the front skid plate need to be removed to install the front receiver hitch?

I attached a picture of the Draw Tite hitch part # 65074 installed on a 2018 Toyota 4Runner that has the same front end/skid plate as what your Offroad Premium edition came with to show you it fits well. No skid plate removal or trimming would be needed.

Once installed, does it interfere with the removal of the skid plate to change the oil filter?
