Does the front skid plate need to be removed to install the front receiver hitch?

I attached a picture of the Draw Tite hitch part # 65074 installed on a 2018 Toyota 4Runner that has the same front end/skid plate as what your Offroad Premium edition came with to show you it fits well. No skid plate removal or trimming would be needed.
