questions about part#KS60113-114C Looking to upgrade stock mirrors to tow mirrors. Can these replace stock mirrors on 2007 Dodge Ram Quad Cab Big Horn 5.7 The current stock mirrors are power but do not have power defrost. Are backing plates needing as result of extra weight and or length?

These K Source Custom Towing Mirrors # KS60113-114C are a confirmed fit for your 2007 Dodge Ram Quad Cab Big Horn with a 5.7 liter. Even though you do not have heated mirrors these will still work for you. The heated option that these mirrors have will just not be used.
