For the Thule AeroBlade Edge rack you referenced # TH7502B-TH7502B the replacement end cap parts # TH1500052314 (passenger side) and # TH1500052313 (driver side) do not come with locks or screws. The snap-on cap can be fitted with lock cores using kit # TH450400. This kit consists of 4 lock cores, two standard keys and the control key that is used to install the cores.
