Lift Kit For Dexter Torsion Axle On 2001 Fleetwood Prowler Tandem Axle Trailer

Question:
I have a 2001 Fleetwood prowler lynx tandem axle, and I would like to try and figure out what lift kits are available for this axle type? I uploaded a picture of the back axle stamp. It may be to dark to see. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

There are lift kits available for your axle but the Lippert Axle Riser kit part # LC270682 is not what you need. I can see that you have a Dexter Torflex Torsion axle. I researched the 2001 Fleetwood Prowler and it weighs around 6200 lbs, so it sounds like you have 2- 3500 lb axles on the trailer.
I recommend the Torflex Dexter Lift Kit part # K71-707-02. The kit is designed for Torflex Dexter axles between 2300 and 4,000 lb capacities. It adds a 2-5/8 inch lift to your trailer setup. The kit is made for a tandem axle trailer. As long as your Torflex axle does not use the high profile bracket than then this lift kit works for your axle. You can find out if you have the high profile bracket by measuring the bracket that attaches the axle to the frame of the trailer. If that bracket is 3 inches or taller, this kit is not a fit.
