What is the purpose for the trailer hitch on your 2018 Audi A6? If it is to tow a trailer then this is not something we can offer as they do not make a trailer hitch that is a confirmed fit for your 2018 Audi A6 which includes the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # C11423.

If the purpose of the trailer hitch was to carry bikes on a hitch mounted bike rack then you could use a trunk mount bike rack like the Hollywood Racks Over-the-Top 3 Bike Rack for Vehicles w/ Spoilers part # HRF2-3 instead.
