The Draw-Tite Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver # 65073 that you referenced will reduce the front ground clearance right at 2-1/2 inches as it sits right under the front bumper which is the lowest point on the vehicle. If you check out the picture I attached you'll see how closely it fits below the bumper.
