Yes, the Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch # 75685 will absolutely fit a 2015 Lexus GX 460; if you take a look at the accompanying photo you can see the hitch installed on a GX 460

This is a Class III, 2" trailer hitch that has a 5,000 lb towing capacity and 500 lb tongue weight capacity. It is a simple, bolt-on installation that does not require drilling into the frame of your Lexus to install; it is constructed from steel and comes with a lifetime warranty, which speaks to its durability.

For wiring which will give you a 4-way connector and allow you to power your trailer's lights you need Wiring Harness # 119250KIT. I also recommend checking out Ball Mount Kit # 989900, which is for 2” hitches and may fulfill your towing needs in one tidy package; two ball mounts - one with a 3/4” rise or 2” drop and the other with a 2-3/4” rise or 4” drop - a 1-7/8” hitch ball, a 2” hitch ball, and a pin and clip.
