Question:
Had boat at a shop and they moved it around up hill on some some very bad gravel and now wheel won’t turn no more.....had it only for 2 months.....will greasing it more internally solve my problem or is is the wheel itself that won’t turn?..

Sounds like you need a new wheel on your Pro Series jack part # PSEJ10000101 as the wheel should not need greasing to turn. For that you'd want the part # F6811S00 which comes with a new bolt and nut as well. Most likely something either happened to the bolt or the wheel got torn up which is why it won't turn anymore.
