The Curt Front Mount Hitch, # 31221, will fit all models of the 2009 Chevy Colorado included your 2 wheel drive model. I have included a link to the installation instructions for you. I also recommend securing any accessories you might use in the hitch with a locking hitch pin, # e98882.
