The 5th Airborne Custom Wedge for Select Series Fifth Wheels # SWW-03 is the correct fit for your Reese # RP30051 sliding 5th Wheel Hitch. It has the same head as the fixed # RP30047 so it will be the custom fit, you just need to make sure not to use the slider when connected to your trailer with a Sidewinder or Revolution pin box because it will put too much of the weight behind the rear axle and the pivot point being 22 inches back will never require that use.
You may choose to replace the base with the Replacement Base Legs for Reese 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch # RP30727 to make loading and unloading the hitch a little easier as well.
