Is it possible to flip the cover forward and still use a 5th wheel hitch on a 2018 f350 DRW long bed? Thanks

You should be able to install a 5th wheel hitch and couple up to your 5th wheel trailer with the Extang EnCore Hard Tonneau Cover # EX62430 installed and in the folded up position on your 2018 Ford F-350 Super Duty but it will definitely reduce your turning clearance. I have some similar recommendations for you though.

I recommend going with the BAK Revolver X4s Hard Tonneau Cover # BAK49ZR instead. This combines the sleek look of a soft tonneau with the durability of a hard tonneau due to the hinged, 1/4" thick, rustproof aluminum slats. The Revolver X4 also uses a latching system that locks and secures items in your truck bed with the cover down and your tailgate locked.

If you would rather stick with the folding tonneau cover style then I recommend the BAKFlip MX4 Hard Tonneau Cover # BAK48331 instead. This is very similar to the EnCore except that it folds completely up against your rear window and it only locks when your tailgate is up and locked just like the Revolver.
