I do have options for cargo security but I am not familiar with "Liner Locks" as we do not nor have we ever carried this product. I did a bit of research on them and if I can be honest they do not look very secure. Therefore, if you will be trying to secure anything in your truck bed that has a bit of weight you will want to look into more conventional tie downs.
We do not have any tie downs that clamp onto the bed floor but again this does not seem like the most secure attachment point therefore I recommend using some bed rail mounted tie downs like the Extang CargoCleats Truck Bed Tie-Down Anchors part # EX1932 or the ProGrip SR Track with 2 Carriage Anchors part # 317-942420. The Extang CargoCleats system is a no-drill option whereas the ProGrip system will require drilling. The ProGrip system however can also be adjusted much easier.
In order to secure your cargo to these tie downs you will then want to use the Ratchet Tie Down Straps w/ Storage Bag part # ETBMB-05852. I have attached review videos for you.
