I need acosta effective roof rack for my Ford F350 pickup I will be putting a plastic boat on it the weight is maybe 100 pounds tops

The most cost effective roof rack we offer for your 2013 Ford F-350 is the Rola Rail Extreme DFE part # R5007. It has a capacity of 110 lbs and aero shaped bars to help reduce wind noise. Then for a foam block style canoe carrier we have the Malone Canoe Carrier part # MPG156 which will work well and is cost effective. Also worth noting is that this carrier can be used on naked roofs too so you wouldn't have to install a roof rack if you really didn't want to. This carrier comes with tie-downs.
