Yes, Sidewinder pivoting pin boxes should be lubricated periodically.

The linked article shows where to apply grease on the skid plate, king pin and wedge for easier hookup and the linked diagram (figure 11 from the included written instructions) shows how to lube the rotating turret for quietest operation.
