Question:
I have a 2017 Jeep Wrangler Sport and I am thinking about buying a small camper to tow. The camper weight is 1200- 1500 dry weight. My husband is worried about the sway. What could I use to help control the sway and tow safely.

In order to help reduce trailer sway while towing with your 2017 Jeep Wrangler Sport, I recommend using a weight distribution system like the Reese Steadi-Flex Weight Distribution System part # 66557. The Steadi-Flex is going to not only help reduce trailer sway but it will also help to distribute tongue weight which improves braking and the overall handling of your tow vehicle. The only thing you will need to use this system is a hitch ball, part # C48810 or part # 63845.
Please note that your trailer hitch will need to be rated for use with a weight distribution system in order to use the above. If you look for a sticker on the hitch itself it should have a capacity listed for "with a weight distribution system". If it does not or you do not already have a trailer hitch I recommend the Trailer Hitch Receiver part # E98856.
