What Diameter of Bar will the Swagman Cradles SP499 Fit

Question:

Hi, I have 2 Allen sports bike racks and the cradle and strap design has always been garbage, and now theyre all broken. I was wondering what the diameter of the hole was in these cradles exactly? Because the rubber strap design is just what Ive been looking for to fix these junk racks. Thanks,

The anti-sway cradles that come with the Replacement Anti-Sway Cradles for Swagman Titan or Trailhead Bike Rack part # SP499 are designed for a 1-1/8" diameter bar. If your bar is much larger than this then the cadles most likely won't work but if they are smaller than you could fill the gap with some electrical tape to make them work.
