As long as the crossbars of your 2018 Lexus RX 350 are less than 3-3/4" wide x 1-3/16" tall and are spaced between 22 and 31 inches apart the Car Top Cargo Rooftop Cargo Box # CTC-18S will fit. You should note though that this box only comes ready to fit bars spaced 22 inches apart. If you had wider spacing than that you'd need to drill new holes.
