The Rhino-Rack Sunseeker Awning # RR32132 is designed to install on a roof rack that has bars with a channel or slot in their top surfaces. These include their own Vortex Aero bars like the ones in the 3-bar roof rack made for the Sprinter 2500 with a bare standard roof, which consists of parts # RRVA180B-3, # RLTFMS and # RRVA-FK1-3.

AluRack makes racks that are much like a large roof cargo basket and these do not have the same type of bars or attachment points. An item like the Yakima SlimShady Awning # Y36VR will be a better choice since it uses mounting hardware that fits on smaller round bars like the crossbars used by AluRack. The second photo shows this hardware.
