I have a 2012 Chevy Silverado with the 6.5” bed and a BAKFLIP bed cover installed. Do you have a ladder rack that will work with it?

There's only one combination of ladder rack and tonneau cover we can recommend as a confirmed fit for your 2012 Chevy Silverado with a 6-1/2 foot bed. You'd need the sliding Thule TracRac SR part # TH43002XT-501 and the BAK Revolver part # BAK39101 which we know can roll up when not in use and not interfere with the base rails/uprights of the Thule TracRac.
Your BAKFlip part # BAK48101 would most likely interfere with the base rails of the ladder rack as you go to open the cover.
