For a spare tire cover that will fit the 255/70-18 tire on your 2010 Jeep Wrangler I recommend using either the Rampage Display Spare Tire Cover part # RA783235 or the Rampage Spare Tire Cover for Jeep part # RA773215. They are both made out of a 19-oz Jeep soft top fabric which will do an excellent job of protecting your tire from uv rays which should be your utmost concern.
I have attached a photo of the latter installed for you.
