The Viking Solutions Tilt-N-Go II Hauler, ATV Trailer, and Cargo Carrier # 310-VTG401 can absolutely use the Brophy Stabilizer Clamp and U-Bolt for 2" Hitch Receiver # RSCP to help stabilize the carrier.
You can alternatively use an internal stabilizer like # 63232 or for the best stabilization use the Blue Ox Hitch Receiver Immobilizer II # BX88224 for stabilization both vertically and horizontally.
