Question:

Will airbags help stiffen my suspension pulling. Dutchmen 26 foot lots fifth wheel. And boat behind the fifth wheel.

We have suspension enhancement kits that fit your 2016 Ford F-150 but none of the air bags kits will fit with an in-bed fifth wheel hitch setup like you have. Instead you'd need a Timbren kit part # TFR1504E which will give you the same suspension support. It also won't require you to inflate bags when you need the support and the install is much simpler.
