Will the Westin fey diamondstep bumper fit my 2008 E350 Ford van? If not, why?

I checked with Westin and the Westin Fey Diamondstep Rear Bumper will fit a 2008 Ford E-350 Super Duty van. These are universal-fit bumpers and will need to have its brackets welded on.
The Diamondstep Bumper comes in three different colors: Black # 20107, Silver # 20105 and Chrome # 21105.
