How Does Westin Sure Grip Running Board End Cap Remove/Replace

My end cap broke off my running board I bought the replacement part but what do I need to get the screws out of the board to replace the part

I attached a picture of the underside of a Westin Sure Grip running board to show you where the mounting screws are that you'll need to remove to take the old end cap off and install the new one.
