The Tow Ready Wiring Harness, # 118263, is designed to fit your 2006 Nissan Frontier as long as it has the factory tow package.
On the other hand, Hopkins lists the # 33525, as a fit for all models of the 2006 Nissan Frontier. From what we have found, though, if the vehicle does not have the tow package, you will still need a relay available from the dealer in order to allow it to function.
If your Frontier does not have the tow package, I recommend using the Curt Harness, # C56225, which comes with the relays needed for installation. I have included a link to the installation details for you.
