Question:

I want to use the above product on my motorhome, but I do not want to cut the tabs off my bayonet connection. Can I use Valterra Rotating Adapter for Rigid RV Sewer Pipe - 3inch Hub to 3inch Bayonet - Black Plastic Item # T1028 and glue it to the female end that would go on my motorhome? I guessing I would have to put a piece of PVC between the connections.

Yes, if you were willing to remove the end of the Waste Master RV Sewer Hose w/ Camlock Fittings, Nozzle, and Endcap # LC359724 that you referenced and the glue on the T1028 in it's place it would fit to your current system without having to cut off your bayonet fittings.
