How Wide of a Strap Can Be Used with the Loc-Hook for Snap-Loc E-Track Tie-Down Straps Part # SLAHI

Question:
In your review and description you say that this will accommodate a 2 inch strap but every other website, including Snap-Loc, says it will only fit a 1 1/2 inch strap. Can you please clarify? Is this a different hook or hard they are dimensions in correct?

The hook end of the Loc-Hook for Snap-Loc E-Track Tie-Down Straps part # SLAHI will accept up to a 1-1/2" diameter ring whereas the loop end will accept up to a 2" wide strap. I have attached photos for further clarification.
