Question:
I currently have a 2013 Toyota tundra and it came with a mounting set up for a fifth wheel hitch. When I have the Line X sprayed in liner put in, the holes were covered, however, have since located them. It appears the mounting brackets and all are 26inch on center. If this is correct, and my measurements are right, what manufacturer carries a hitch with 26inch on center mounting capabilities?

The 26 inch on center brackets do not make sense to me. The standard 5th wheel base rails are 22 inches by 20-1/2 inches where the majority of hitches fit and in some cases are 22 by 29 inches. The 26 inches makes me think you may have a different style or are measuring in a different location as there aren't hitches I'm aware of with a 26 inch base.
My recommendation for your 2013 Toyota Tundra is the Reese Quick-Install Custom Installation Kit w/ Base Rails for 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches # RP50084-58 because it will give you standard base rails to fit most hitches, like the # RP30928 you asked from as well as give you brackets that don't require drilling into your truck frame. These rails will work well with the spray-in bed liner.
If you have a 6-1/2 foot bed in your truck, I recommend the Curt E16 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w/ Slider # C95DR to give you the required turning clearance. If you have a 5-1/2 foot bed, a fixed mount hitch and a Sidewinder pin box are required.
You may also want to consider the wiring harness # 50-97-410 to add a 7-way to the bed of your truck for easy connection access and a clean look.
