Will this fan provide sufficient airflow for my truck. I do pull a trailer with the truck.

For a truck with as big of an engine as your 2001 Chevy Silverado with a 6.0 liter engine that is going to be towing a trailer you'd want to go with a fan setup that pulls more CFM than the # FLX116 which moves 2,215 CFM. That's basically the bare minimum CFM recommended for a small block V8 so for your truck with a larger small block that's towing you'd want more like 3,000 CFM like the Flex a Lite # FLX180.
