Both of the Atwood master cylinders 85736 and 85841 that you referenced have been discontinued, but I can verify that part 85841 is a replacement for your 85736 master cylinder. We actually still have a review video of this product that I have linked to this page for you to reference.

Since Atwood is no longer in the actuator business you may want to just swap out your whole actuator as replacement parts will become harder and harder to find. I have attached a link to our surge brake coupler selection for you to filter through if you decide to go this route.

I have an Atwood hydraulic Brake Actuator on my boat trailer. I am in need of a new Master Cylinder. I understand Atwood no longer makes these parts. What replacement parts can I get for the following: 85841 - Master Cylinder Drum Brake Application 87478 - Master cylinder Cap Thank you,

Since these parts are no longer made, you're only real option will be to replace the whole actuator. Can you tell me what specific model actuator it is?

You will need to replace the whole unit because it is no longer available.
