Question:

Why isnt there any dimension on this product. Im trying to see if I will be able to hitch up my 5th wheel with mx4 installed. Also tow 5th wheel with mx4 installed.

Roll up tonneau covers when they are rolled up don't generally have an issue allowing a fifth wheel trailer to be towed. Folding covers on the other hand typically don't work especially if it's a shorter bed and the covers folds and stacks on the front of the bed rails.

A better option would be a rollup like the Access part # A22010339 you mentioned or a retractable one like the Pace Edwards Switchblade # 311-SWF6985. As long as the handle of your hitch does not go higher than the top of your bed rails you should be fine for the cover to fit over it.
