I was not able to reference a 45 mph speed restriction anywhere in the owner's manual for a 2012 Nissan Juke AWD. The speed restriction I found was 70 mph. However, the only AWD models that can be flat-towed with all four wheels on the ground are the ones with a manual transmission. If you have an automatic transmission then you will need to use a trailer with all four wheels off the ground.
If you do have the manual transmission then in order to tow the vehicle behind your Jeep Grand Cherokee you will need a base plate kit, tow bar, safety cables, wiring harness, supplemental braking system, and a ball mount. For a base plate kit I recommend the Demco Classic Base Plate Kit part # DM9518288 and for a tow bar I recommend the Blue Ox Adventurer Tow Bar # BX7322 as this is going to be one of the most cost effective solutions we have for you. The tow bar does not come with safety cables so I also recommend # RM-643.
For a wiring harness, I recommend the Hopkins Magnetic Tow Lights part # C6304 because they are easy to install and don't require any modifications to the vehicle. If the states you will be traveling though requires the use of a supplemental braking system then I recommend the Roadmaster 9400 Portable Supplemental Braking System part # RM-9400 with the Roadmaster BrakeMaster Custom Seat Adapter part # RM-88305 because it is also easy to install and does not require any permanent modifications.
In order to recommend the proper ball mount and hitch ball I would need to know how much of a rise/drop you need which can be found using the attached help article.
