Yes, for your 2018 Subaru Outback Wagon I recommend the Draw-Tite Class III Max Frame Receiver Hitch # 75673. This Class III hitch is confirmed to fit your Outback Wagon and it will provide you with a 2 inch receiver opening perfect for hitch-mounted accessories or for towing a light trailer.
I have attached an installation video on the 2018 Outback Wagon that you can use for reference.
If you are planning on doing some towing you will also need a trailer wiring harness. For this I recommend the Tekonsha T-One # 118467 as long as you don't have the Sport model. This custom harness will install by plugging right into factory ports in the rear cargo area. It will provide you with a 4-Way connector to connect with and power a trailer's basic signal lights.
I have attached an installation video for this harness as well.
To tow a trailer you will also need a ball mount and hitch ball. I have attached a great article that explains how to choose the best one for your setup along with a link that will take you to our available selection.
