Tips for Installing the Bestop Duster Deck Cover on a 1993 Jeep Wrangler

Question:

I am having trouble installing a deck cover on my 1993 Jeep Wrangler. I have factory hardware for soft top. It seems like the cover isnt big enough to pull down on the sides with the soft top hardware left on the jeep. Without hardware the cover is to big.

I checked the installation instructions for this Bestop Duster Deck Cover # B9001815 and they emphasize that installation should be done over 72 degrees Fahrenheit, otherwise the fabric will be contracted and it will not seem big enough to install.

You should install this over the hardware, making sure that the hardware is lying as flat as possible.
