Question:
I have installed an in the bumper after market hitch to my 2018 Honda Pilot. I now want to install the after market wiring harness to fit the new bumper hitch. The hitch has a side area where a connection to the trailer will be used and I want to make sure that I get the right harness that will fit the bumper hitch and has the receptacle that will mount to the left of the hitch.

For your 2018 Honda Pilot the 7-way kit is the T-One part # 118286. I attached a picture that shows how a customer attached the 7-way of this kit to his 2018 Pilot just like yours.
