I have 2018 Toyota Highlander and pop up camper trailer. would like to have electric bike rack between car and camper trailer. Is there one that you recommend? Thanks

There are many options for electric bike racks compatible with your 2018 Toyota Highlander so you will simply need to determine the tongue weight of your bike rack, bikes, and trailer tongue weight to determine compatibility. I recommend using the MaxxTow Ball Mount w/ 2" Accessory Receiver - 2" Hitches - 2-1/4" Drop - 5,000 lbs # MT70066 or the Curt # D210 to give you the accessory receiver for your bike rack. Then you simply need a 2 inch hitch ball like # 63845 or 2-5/16 inch ball like # 63847 for your trailer.
Then for your bike rack for electric bikes I recommend a platform rack like the Hollywood Racks TRS SE 2-Bike Platform Rack # HR3500. This bike rack will work with electric bikes up to 50 lbs each. If you have heavier bikes, then I recommend the Saris Freedom 2 Bike Platform Rack # SA4412B which will carry bikes up to 60 lbs each.
