I need a jack for a brush hog mower.#3000 lift. The issue is I have a low clearence issues. 9-10 inches from the bottom of the 2foot mounting bracket. What are my options.

Expert Reply:
Have you considered something like a scissor jack, # JSC-24. You would attach this to the bottom of a flat surface. When fully retracted, it hangs down only 4 inches. These jacks are sold in pairs. For a single jack, it is # JSC-24-IND.
If you can tell me what type of mounting surface or bracket you have on the mower, I might be able to find a better option for you.
