For your Rhino-Rack ROC25 Roof Rack # RR78XR I recommend the Rhino-Rack Fairing for Roof Racks - 44" Long # RRRF3. This will dramatically reduce the wind noise by moving the air over the crossbar. I've attached a video of the installation to assist.

Thanks for the photo. The fairing will not be an issue with your sunroof from the perspective of the bars and roof line. The use of your sunroof is limited with a roof rack installed and the fairing will not cause any issue with the sunroof closed. It will still work exactly as designed without issue. I don't know if you are using your sunroof with the rack installed but opening and closing it may be hindered by the fairing location.
