Question:
I hooked up after market brake controller on 2011 dodge 2500 it shows it’s working but don’t feel like it do I have to have the computer done for it to work

Your 2011 Dodge Ram 2500 would not need any computer work done at a dealer to activate the brake controller. Most likely the brake controller just needs to have an initial setup done on it and you'll start feeling the trailer brakes like you should. I checked your order notes and it looks like you bought the install harness part # 3021-P which is the correct install harness to install a Tekonsha controller like our P3 part # 90195 in your 2011 Ram 2500, but since I am not sure what controller you have it's hard for me to say what you'd need to do to set the controller up properly.
