The Hollywood Racks Bike Rack part # HR1450Z is rated for use behind a motorhome like you have. Whether it would fit with the spare or not really depends on where and how the spare mounts to the motorhome. I wasn't able to find pictures of the rear of your motorhome, but if the spare is offset to one side and the hitch is centered this would fit and work well.

If the spare mounts above the bumper and hitch then the rack would fit easily below it in the hitch. If the spare protrudes past the rear bumper then the best option for a bike rack would be the Swagman Around the Spare RV bike Rack part # S80501 which attaches to the rear bumper and fits around the spare.
