Will a 2016 GMC 3/4 ton tailgate fit me 2015 GMC 1/2 ton pickup. Lift gate assist and rear camera needed.

Our aftermarket tailgates like the Stromberg Carlson part # VGM-14-4000 fits both a 2016 GMC Sierra 2500 with lift assist as well as a 2015 GMC Sierra 1500 with lift assist.
If you have the factory monitor in the dash of your truck we do have a camera system you can install for the cargo area with the part # 3460010 but we do not have a way to integrate into a tailgate camera.
