2014 GMC Savana 4500, according to your pic the dec brake wire is at BCM brown plug light blue with white, checking this wire it has hot all the time?

The color of the stop light switch wire on a 2014 GMC Savana Van may not remain constant across different years or chassis but it will still need to be accessed prior to entering the body control module (BCM). In order to find the correct wire you will need to test each of them with a circuit tester at the back of the brown connector for the one that only has power while the brake pedal is depressed. If you cannot find the correct wire then you can use the RoadMaster Stop Light Switch Kit part # RM-751452 instead.
