Looking to haul a motorcycle. I can seeing that the crv has a tongue weight of 150lbs, however, my CRV did not come with a trailer hitch so I recently got the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class III - 2 Item # 75690, which has a TW of 350lbs. The bike is 325lbs, the hitch mount is 25lbs I believe. Would this work since its mounted to the frame?

No. The 2006 Honda CR-V's tongue weight capacity is set in stone. Even though the trailer hitch is rated higher you always have to go by the lowest rated component in the system. Your best option is to place the bike on a small trailer such as # K2MMT4X6 or a trailer designed specifically for motorcycles. Using a trailer will actually put much less stress on the vehicle and it is the safest way to transport the bike.
If you do decide to go with a small trailer then you will need a ball mount, a ball, and a trailer wiring harness for the CR-V. For a ball mount I recommend an adjustable option, # TK5007, so you will be able to tow the trailer level. For a compatible ball you can use # 19260 for a 1-7/8 inch diameter ball or # 63845 for a 2 inch diameter ball.
And for trailer wiring you can use # 118336 to add a 4-Way flat connector to the back of your CR-V. I have linked a video showing an example installation of the wiring for you. Using a trailer is more expensive but it is the only way to transport a motorcycle with your 2006 CR-V.
