I have a 2X2 Advantage Glide Away Deluxe 4 bike carrier. I am looking for anti swing devices to attach to it. Do you carry anti swing devices that will work on bike rack brands you dont carry. Is there such a thing as a generic anti swing device?

It sounds like you are looking for an Anti-Rattle with a threaded pin. Anti-Rattle pins are normally bike manufacturer specific, but based on my research is appears your bike rack uses an insert within the hollow 1-1/4 inch shank or 2 inch shank. You will simply remove that insert and replace it with a new assembly for that hollow shank.
If this is accurate, then you can use the SilentACT Anti-Rattle Trailer Hitch Receiver Lock 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches # SHP2082.
