Im looking for a brake controller kit for a Gmc 2000 Envoy jimmy Could u Please recommend 1 or 2 that would fit our requirements

If your 2000 GMC Jimmy came with a factory installed 7-Way trailer connector then the only item you will need is the brake controller itself. The vehicle will already have wiring for a brake controller located under the dash and to the left of the steering column. It is held together with a white tag.
For a brake controller I recommend the P2 # 90885 because it is easy to set up and use and it is reliable. If you have limited space the Redarc Tow-Pro Elite # RED44FR is a great option as well. I have linked videos on both of these controllers for you.
If your Jimmy did not come with a factory trailer connector you will need a few items in addition to the brake controller. First you will need to install a trailer wiring harness for the trailer lights, # C55411. It will hardwire to the vehicle tail light wiring.
Next you will need # ETBC7 which will add the 7-Way and it includes the wiring and accessories to install the brake controller. I have included some links that will show and explain the ETBC7 installation for you.
