I Hvae a 2018 dodge ram 1500. Looking to carry my kayaks while pulling a camper. Is there a combo for that? I will use the ladder racks when not pulling the camper but would need a roof rack. Can I get just a single rack for the roof.

For your 2018 Ram 1500 we do have a single crossbar roof rack that is a confirmed fit from Rhino Rack. You would want the part numbers # RRVA150B, # RRRLKVAH, and # DK043H and you'd be set.
Something else you might consider is installing a front hitch like the Draw Tite # 65064 and then using the Rhino-Rack T-Load part # RTL002 as a front crossbar. Then for a kayak carrier you could use the Thule DockGrip part # TH895.
